The planning for our Marching Festival is in full swing.  This year we have 13 bands committed to participating, which makes this our biggest festival we have ever had.  We will need every parent to participate in some way if at all possible in order for this to be a really successful event.  If you can help in any way, please contact us.  This festival is the biggest event we have all year and is the main fundraiser for the Band Boosters.  We are hoping that this event will be able to fund this entire year for Boosters.  One of the major things that the Band Boosters will be paying for from the proceeds of this Festival are new music stands for the band/orchestra.  The costs for these stands will be split between three parties - the District, Music Boosters (orchestra), and Band Boosters.  This is just one of the many provisions that the Boosters make for the band every year, from instrument replacements and repairs, to uniforms, etc.  Please let us know how you can help and become an active participating parent in the Band Boosters!
